LOVE IS A STRANGER
LGBT Stories That Changed My Life as a Priest
Homosexuals, lesbians, and transgender people form a community that cannot be defined only through acronyms such as LGBTQ+ but they are a small people in search of an author, a communion of love that still does not have the words to call itself Christian. The Author starts telling seven powerful stories of love and pain he has crossed paths in his experience as parish priest of a suburban church, to arrive at a deep and sincere dialogue with his own soul. Street lives, rejected lives, irregular lives intertwine in a small square on a hill in a small town, between a bench and a tree. The result is a message of hope, colored by the richness of nature, for those who have always felt excluded and forgotten. A book that is also an autobiographical reflection, of a priest in contact with the colors of love, which often cannot be cataloged in schemes, but only to be welcomed in mercy. A true inner journey, where pieces of heaven are revealed, full of hope and tenderness, in which we can all find ourselves. The soul has no sexual identity, but only asks to be accepted and loved.
