Fr. Anas, as Fr. Antonio Anastasio was called by all those who knew him, passed away a little over a year ago due to Covid. However, the memory of him is still vivid in the memory of many people because they are grateful to him for his ability to touch their hearts and change their lives. This volume collects 20 of his most beautiful homilies on marriage, where he comments on the most significant Gospel passages for couples reflecting together with the spouses on the meaning of their married life. The homilies are followed by comments by Marina Corradi, a journalist and friend of Fr. Anas, who also signs the Introduction.

Fr. Antonio Anastasio graduated in philosophy at the Catholic University of Milan. In 2003 he became parish priest of San Juan Bautista in Fuenlabrada in Madrid, and then returned in 2013 to his Milan, where he became university chaplain at the Bovisa campus and carried out his ministry in the parish of San Carlo alla Ca’ Granda in Niguarda.

Marina Corradi is a columnist for the Catholic daily newspaper Avvenire and a writer. For Edizioni San Paolo she has published Innanzitutto uomini. Le storie di quindici giovani preti (2007).
