What is the place of Jesus in history? Has He really died and risen? What does He have to do with us and in particular with the life of a teenager? Paolo Curtaz helps the young readers answer these and many other questions through the fictional character of a Roman legate sent to the Province of Palestine in order to investigate about Jesus. The volume is built up around fictional interviews with real Bible characters (Mary Magdalene, Simon of Cyrene, a centurion) and others created by the author’s imagination. Three sections follow each interview: To reflect: a reflection that brings back to our times the historical events around Jesus and his teaching. Let’s talk about it together: a proposal for discussion on the addressed topic, with questions to be answered in the company of friends or to be used for catechesis. What the Gospel says: Gospel’s words referred in the interview.
